Transportation

West Maple Ridge is very car friendly. Many real estate listings are a reasonably short car ride from the nearest highway, and it is convenient to find a place to park. On the other hand, public transit riders may have limited options in this part of the city due to the infrequent service. Thankfully, residents are served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most properties. West Maple Ridge is reasonably amenable to biking. However, there aren't many pedestrians out on the streets of West Maple Ridge, although meeting daily needs is convenient by walking.

Services

It is convenient to reach the closest supermarket on foot in this part of Maple Ridge. A limited selection of restaurants and cafes can be found as well. As far as education is concerned, parents and their children will find that no matter where their property is situated in West Maple Ridge, schools and daycares are close by. Families benefit from public and private schools at both the primary and secondary school level.

Character

The character of West Maple Ridge is exemplified by its relaxed atmosphere. This part of the city is very quiet overall, as the streets are generally very peaceful.
