Transportation

West Maple Ridge is very car friendly. Parking is quite easy, and the majority of houses for sale are a rather short drive from the nearest highway. On the other hand, the public transit system in West Maple Ridge is rather poor. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and bus stops are generally nearby. It is convenient to get around by bike in this part of the city. On the other hand, there are relatively few pedestrians out on the streets of this neighbourhood, despite the fact that meeting daily needs is convenient by walking.

Services

Families will find that no matter where their house is located in this neighbourhood, schools and daycares are nearby. In addition to public schools, there are private primary and secondary schools. Regarding food, it is generally practical for home buyers in this neighbourhood to do their groceries by walking. Residents benefit from about 30 restaurants and coffee shops as well.

Character

West Maple Ridge offers a slower-paced ambience and will appeal to those who enjoy spending time in green spaces. This area is reasonably quiet, as there are generally low levels of noise from traffic.
