Transportation

This area allows property owners to move around using different means of transportation. Sector P will attract active people as it is quite conducive to walking; many common errands can be run on foot. Commuting by public transit is easy in this area owing to approximately 30 nearby bus lines. Sector P is also very car friendly. It is easy to access a place to park, and most real estate listings are a short car ride from the nearest highway, such as Autoroute des Cantons-de-l'Est.

Services

Parents and their children will find that wherever their house is located in sector P, daycares and primary schools are nearby. However, this part of Brossard does not have any high schools. As far as eating is concerned, it is very easy to get to the nearest grocery store on foot from anywhere in sector P. Additionally, those who like to eat in restaurants will have a good number of opportunities, and residents are served by a few cafes as well.

Character

The character of sector P is exemplified by its slower-paced environment. This part of Brossard is quiet, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour - although there are still several louder sections, especially near Autoroute des Cantons-de-l'Est. Lastly, this neighbourhood also features a small amount of greenery; to be more precise, residents will find that numerous streets have sub-par tree coverage.
