Transportation

Sector P will draw homeowners that appreciate different means of transportation. People who want to live in a community that's walkable will welcome the rather pedestrian-friendly nature of this neighbourhood; many daily needs can be carried out without the use of a vehicle. Sector P is also fairly conducive to cycling since sector P has good cycling infrastructure, and the topography is reasonably flat. This area is home to good transit owing to Panama with access to the Gare Centrale - Brossard, and over 50 nearby bus lines. Driving is very often the best approach to navigate sector P. Many houses for sale are a short drive from the closest highway, such as Autoroute des Cantons-de-l'Est, and it is easy to access a place to park.

Services

It is a rather short trip to get to primary schools from anywhere in sector P. On the other hand, there are no high schools in this area. Concerning food, it is usually possible for property owners in sector P to shop for groceries by walking. Character
