Transportation

The best method of transportation in sector V is usually driving. It is very easy to park, and many real estate listings are a very short car ride from the nearest highway, such as Autoroute des Cantons-de-l'Est. However, public transit users may experience limited options in sector V as a result of the low service level. Nevertheless, property owners are served by a few bus lines, and most houses are very close to a bus stop. Walking is not very common in this part of Brossard, even though many daily needs can be carried out without the use of a vehicle.

Services

It is a rather short walk to get to daycares and primary schools from anywhere in this neighbourhood. In contrast, this part of the city does not have any high schools. Regarding food, it is rarely an option for house buyers in sector V to access the nearest supermarket on foot. There are a limited number of choices for those who appreciate restaurants within walking distance.

Character
