Transportation

A majority of the homes for sale in this neighbourhood are located in places that are quite conducive to walking; many daily needs can be carried out on foot. The car is very often the favoured way to get around in sector B. Most properties for sale are a short car ride from the closest highway, such as Autoroute des Cantons-de-l'Est, and parking is easy. However, the public transit system in sector B is sometimes poor. Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines passing through the neighbourhood, and bus stops are not very far from most homes.

Services

Families will appreciate that wherever their property is situated in this part of the city, primary schools and daycares are close by. In contrast, sector B does not have any high schools. When it comes to food, it is convenient to get to the nearest grocery store by walking in sector B. In addition, those who like to eat in restaurants will have a good number of options, and property owners benefit from a few cafes as well.

Character

The character of sector B is exemplified by its calm environment. This part of Brossard features a good amount of greenery as many tree-lined streets are around.
