Transportation

Sector W is very car friendly. It is very easy to access a place to park. On the other hand, the public transit system in this part of the city is quite bad. Sector W is not very conducive to walking as daily errands are challenging to run on foot.

Services

Sector W does not have any high schools or primary schools. Likewise, it can be very difficult to get to daycares as a pedestrian. In terms of eating, it is very rarely practical for home buyers in sector W to reach the closest supermarket on foot.

Character

Sector W offers a slower-paced ambience and will appeal to home buyers who enjoy spending time outdoors. Greenery is quite present in this part of Brossard as numerous tree-lined streets are prominent. However parks are rather challenging to access since they are sparse. Despite that, there are a few parks nearby for residents to unwind in. The noise levels in this part of Brossard are also low, as the streets are usually quite tranquil - although that is not the case near Autoroute des Cantons-de-l'Est.

Housing
