Sector T is a neighbourhood within Brossard, Quebec, which is located in the Greater Montreal metropolitan area.

Transportation

The public transit network in sector T is quite accessible. In particular, the neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is generally very close. Cars are also an excellent transportation option in sector T. Many houses for sale are a short drive from the closest highway, such as Autoroute des Cantons-de-l'Est, and it is very convenient to park. Travelling by foot is not very popular in sector T, although most daily needs are easy to meet by walking.

Services

In sector T, families will often be able to reach daycares and primary schools on foot. On the other hand, there are no high schools in sector T. Regarding eating, it is often practical for property owners in this area to shop for their groceries by walking. Residents can enjoy around 10 restaurants and cafes as well.

Character

There is a wide selection of green spaces in sector T. To be more precise, parks are very well-distributed and there are a few of them nearby for residents to visit, which results in them being easy to get to from the majority of locations within this neighbourhood.
