Transportation

The best method to move around in this part of the city is usually driving. Most houses for sale are a very short drive from the nearest highway, such as Autoroute des Cantons-de-l'Est, and it is easy to find a parking spot. However, the public transit service in sector V is not especially frequent. Nonetheless, homeowners are served by around 10 bus lines, and bus stops are usually very close by. This neighbourhood is rather bike-friendly since the terrain is moderately flat, and the cycling network is good. In contrast, there are relatively few pedestrians out on the streets of sector V, although many daily errands can be run without a vehicle.

Services

Parents and their children will value the proximity to primary schools, which are within walking distance from vast majority houses for sale in this neighbourhood. However, there are no high schools in sector V. Regarding eating, home buyers in this neighbourhood generally have to use a car to access the nearest supermarket.
