Situated within the Greater Montreal metropolitan area, Sector T is a neighbourhood within Brossard, Quebec.

Transportation

No matter the mode of transportation, it is straightforward to get around in sector T. Travelling by car is very easy in sector T. It is easy to park, and most properties for sale are a short drive from the closest highway, such as Autoroute des Cantons-de-l'Est. House buyers can also count on public transit to get around in this part of the city as a result of Panama with access to the Gare Centrale - Brossard, and around 20 nearby bus lines. Walking in sector T is not very popular, despite the fact that many common errands can be run without needing to use a vehicle. However, getting around by bicycle is easy in this part of Brossard since sector T boasts a reasonably good cycling infrastructure, and bicycling is made easier by the generally flat terrain.

Services

Some house buyers in this area may be able to do their grocery shopping by walking, while others will need a vehicle. A small selection of restaurants and cafes is available as well. In terms of education, families will welcome the proximity to daycares and primary schools, which are within walking distance from the majority of homes for sale in sector T.
