The neighbourhood of sector L can be found in the city of Brossard, Quebec, which is located in the Greater Montreal metropolitan area.

Transportation

Driving is a great medium of transportation in sector L. Nearby highways, such as Autoroute des Cantons-de-l'Est, are very easy to reach from any location in this neighbourhood, and it is very convenient to park. In contrast, public transit users may find few choices in this part of the city as a result of the infrequent service. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is served by a few bus lines, and most houses are very close to a bus stop. Sector L is not very conducive to walking as running daily errands is at times difficult on foot.

Services

It is convenient to get to the closest supermarket by walking in sector L. A small number of restaurants and coffee shops can be found as well. Regarding education, it is a reasonably short walk to access daycares from most properties for sale in sector L. On the other hand, there are only a few primary schools in this neighbourhood and thus they can be a rather long walk away. Likewise, this part of Brossard does not have any high schools.

Character

There is an extensive selection of green spaces in sector L. To be more specific, public green spaces are very well-situated and there are about 10 of them close by for residents to explore, which results in them being easy to access from a lot of locations within this part of Brossard. At the same time, few tree-lined streets are around. Finally, this part of the city remains relatively calm, due to the presence of very few pedestrians.
