The neighbourhood of sector L is part of the city of Brossard, Quebec, which is situated in the Greater Montreal metropolitan area.

Transportation

Sector L is an extremely good part of Brossard for getting around by car. It is very easy to find a place to park, and it is a short car ride to the nearest highway, such as Autoroute de l'Acier, from any location in this neighbourhood. In contrast, the public transit network in sector L is somewhat poor. Nonetheless, homeowners can count on Du Quartier with access to the Gare Centrale - Brossard. The neighbourhood is linked by about 10 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most houses. Although a few bicycling-friendly areas exist, the topography is reasonably flat, and there are a fair number of bike lanes, the bicycle is a sometimes poor mode of transportation in sector L because. Travelling on foot is also not especially feasible for property owners in this neighbourhood as few common errands can be run without having to use a car.

Services

In sector L, parents and their children will usually be able to get to daycares by walking. However, there are only a few primary schools in this neighbourhood and consequently they can be an extended walk away. In addition, sector L does not have any high schools. Character

The character of sector L is exemplified by its relaxed atmosphere.
