Transportation

This neighbourhood provides homeowners with several alternative means of transportation. Thanks to a few nearby bus lines, sector I is quite transit friendly. This neighbourhood is also quite conducive to cycling since this area is home to a good bicycling infrastructure, and the topography is flat. Walking in sector I is not very popular, despite the fact that carrying out day-to-day needs is convenient on foot. However, sector I is an extremely good part of Brossard for getting around by car. Most of the street infrastructure is conducive to cars, and it is very convenient to park.

Services

Daycares are very easy to reach on foot from most houses for sale in sector I. However, sector I does not have any primary schools or high schools.
