The neighbourhood of sector I can be found in the city of Brossard, Quebec, which is located in the Greater Montreal metropolitan area.

Transportation

Sector I permits home buyers to move around by various means of transportation. The public transit system in this area is quite practical thanks to a few nearby bus lines. On the other hand, walking in sector I is not very common, although meeting daily needs is convenient by walking. Biking is easy in this part of the city because there are a limited number of slopes, and the cycling infrastructure is fairly good. Driving is also an excellent transportation option in sector I. The street layout is quite conducive to cars, and it is a very short drive to the nearest highway from any home in sector I.

Services

It is especially easy to reach the closest supermarket on foot from any location in sector I. There are also a limited number of opportunities for those who care about restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, it is easy to reach a selection of clothing stores on foot. As far as education is concerned, it is a very short walk to get to daycares from any location in sector I. On the other hand, there are no primary schools and no high schools in this neighbourhood.

Character

Sector I offers a reasonably good selection of green spaces to enjoy. To be more precise, there are a few parks nearby for residents to unwind in and they are very well-distributed, which makes it easy to reach them from most locations within this part of the city. At the same time, there are very few tree-lined streets. Finally, since there are few pedestrians, this neighbourhood remains relatively quiet; however those who are closer to the railway line may experience more noise.

This area offers mainly one bedroom and two bedroom homes. Homeowners occupy around two thirds of the properties in sector I while renters occupy the remainder.
