I cannot say enough good things about Katie and Doug. Due to some unexpected life circumstances, I needed to find a place quickly, and I had several non-negotiables: a tight budget, a specific distance from work, and—after just buying an EV—some way to accommodate charging. Katie and Doug absolutely delivered. They found me a condo within my price range, in my desired area, and to top it all off, it even had an EV charger!!! Something I honestly thought would be a long shot. Beyond just finding the place, they took the time to walk me through every part of the contract, patiently answered all of my questions, and even provided a clear, organized list of to-do items to keep me on track (helpful reminders like condo insurance, next steps, timelines, etc.). During what could have been a very stressful process, I felt completely supported and never overwhelmed. What really sets them apart is that their care didn’t stop once the deal was done. They’ve checked in multiple times since the move to see how everything has gone, which speaks volumes about how much they genuinely care about their clients. Katie and Doug are professional, thoughtful, and incredibly effective. If you want realtors who truly have your best interests at heart, they are the ideal team to have on your side. Doug and Katie were extremely patient, very flexible and always advocated for us. They worked very diligently with us to ensure that we got the most out of our listing and then helped us find the right home. Even when the market took a downturn and it wasn't the right time to at our desired pricing, they never pressured us and always moved only on our timeline. Doug and Katie were very communicative over a year long process for us to upside and we ended up getting more than what we hoped for out of the entire experience.
