Located within the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area, Town Centre is a neighbourhood within Coquitlam, British Columbia.

Transportation

This part of Coquitlam provides home buyers with several alternative means of transportation. Town Centre is quite transit friendly. Rapid transit stations, including Coquitlam Central Station, Lincoln Station and Lafarge Lake - Douglas Station on the Millennium Skytrain, are usually a short walk away from most homes in the neighbourhood. There are about 20 bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are not very far away from most residences. Most homes for sale in this neighbourhood are located in places that are also suitable for those who travel by foot; most daily needs are convenient to meet without having to use a vehicle, and numerous businesses are quite close by. Commuting by bicycle is convenient in Town Centre because there are a fair number of bike lanes.

Services

Parents and their kids will welcome that wherever their home is located in this area, schools and daycares are nearby. In terms of food, a general and a specialty grocery store is always only a reasonably short walk away in Town Centre. Furthermore, this neighbourhood is a fairly good place in which to eat out or go to a cafe.

Character

Home buyers who prefer a slower-paced atmosphere will enjoy Town Centre. This part of the city is quiet overall, as there are generally low levels of noise from traffic. Lastly, parks are very easy to get to since there are approximately 10 of them close by for residents to explore.
