In particular, there is the Coquitlam Central Station on the Wce | West Coast Express. Property owners benefit from a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most homes. It is also convenient for pedestrians to navigate Ranch Park; many common errands can be run without the use of a vehicle. Travelling by bicycle is occasionally difficult in Ranch Park because riding is rendered strenuous by the typically sloping topography. Nonetheless, there are a fair number of bike lanes.

In this area, families will generally be able to access daycares and primary schools by walking. In contrast, there are no high schools in this area.
