Town Centre is a neighbourhood within Coquitlam, British Columbia, which is located in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.

Transportation

Town Centre provides homeowners with the choice between several modes of transportation. This neighbourhood is very transit friendly owing to plenty of nearby rapid transit stations on the Millennium Line, and approximately 20 nearby bus lines. Most homes for sale in this part of Coquitlam are located in places that are also convenient for walking; meeting day-to-day needs is easy, and various businesses are nearby. Travelling by bicycle is easy in Town Centre since the cycling network is very well-developed.

Services

Families will welcome the proximity to schools and daycares, which are within walking distance from vast majority properties for sale in Town Centre. When it comes to food, a general and a specialty grocery store is always only a rather short walk away in this area. In addition, there is commonly a restaurant or cafe just around the corner.

Character
