Town Centre is a neighbourhood within Coquitlam, British Columbia, which is situated in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.

Transportation

Town Centre presents house buyers with the choice between different modes of transportation. With plenty of nearby rapid transit stations on the Millennium Line, and about 20 nearby bus lines, this part of the city is reasonably transit friendly. Active house buyers will also enjoy the pedestrian-friendly character of Town Centre; many daily needs can be met without the use of a car, and numerous businesses are nearby. Town Centre is quite appropriate for bicycling because there are a fair number of bike lanes.

Services

House buyers in Town Centre will appreciate that a general and a specialty grocery store is always only a reasonably short walk away. Residents are served by around 30 restaurants and cafes as well.
