Hockaday Nestor will please property owners that value a diversity of modes of transportation. This part of Coquitlam has a reasonably good public transit system. More specifically, the neighbourhood is served by a few bus lines, and most homes are very close to a bus stop. However, walking is not very common in Hockaday Nestor, even though meeting daily needs is easy. The bike is a reasonably good mode of transportation in this part of Coquitlam because the cycling infrastructure is well-developed. Driving is also a reasonably good medium of transportation in this area. Parking is easy.

Services

In this part of Coquitlam, parents and their kids will typically be able to get to daycares and primary schools on foot. However, this area does not have any high schools.
