The neighbourhood of sector W is part of the city of Brossard, Quebec, which is located in the Greater Montreal metropolitan area.

Transportation

Driving is a great medium of transportation in sector W. It is very convenient to access a parking spot. However, sector W is not very transit friendly. Bicycling is convenient in sector W. On the other hand, travelling on foot is not very practical for property owners in this part of Brossard as common amenities such as liquor stores or laundromats can be an occasionally long walk away.

Services

There are no high schools and no primary schools in sector W. Likewise, families may find it difficult for their schoolchildren to access daycares on foot. Regarding food, in all cases, a vehicle is required to shop for groceries.

Character

Sector W is a very good neighbourhood to buy a house in for those who prefer a slower-paced environment. This area is very quiet overall, as there tend to be low levels of noise from traffic - although there are still several louder sections, especially closer to Autoroute des Cantons-de-l'Est. Lastly, the greenery in this area is prominent; green spaces are easy to access and there are a few of them close by for residents to check out. Moreover, residents will find that numerous tree-lined streets are around.
