Transportation

Sector T is very car friendly. Nearby highways, such as Autoroute René-Lévesque, are very easy to access from anywhere in sector T, and it is very easy to find a parking spot. Owing to Panama on the REM A | Gare Centrale - Brossard, and around 20 nearby bus lines, the good public transit infrastructure allows people to get to many destinations without needing a vehicle. Walking is not very popular in this area, although running common errands is easy on foot. Sector T is also not very cycling-friendly because. Thankfully, the cycling infrastructure is good, a few enjoyable areas for bicycling can be found, and cyclists do not face serious hills.

Services

It is a reasonably short walk to access daycares and primary schools from most houses for sale in this neighbourhood. However, this part of Brossard does not contain any high schools.
