The neighbourhood of sector J is part of the city of Brossard, Quebec, which is located in the Greater Montreal metropolitan area.

Transportation

Commuting by car is especially convenient in this part of Brossard. It is very convenient to park, and most properties for sale are a very short drive from the closest highway, such as Autoroute de l'Acier. On the other hand, this part of Brossard is not very transit friendly. Nonetheless, homeowners have access to a few bus lines, and bus stops are ordinarily nearby. This part of the city is not very bike-friendly as sector J is home to a rather poor bicycling infrastructure. Nevertheless, biking is better in some areas than others, and the topography is flat. Many of the houses for sale in this neighbourhood are located in places that are also not very convenient for walking since carrying out day-to-day needs is inconvenient.

Services

Home buyers in sector J generally have to rely on a vehicle to access the nearest supermarket.
