The neighbourhood of sector J is part of the city of Brossard, Quebec, which is situated in the Greater Montreal metropolitan area.

Transportation

Cars are a great medium of transportation in sector J. Most houses for sale are a very short car ride from the nearest highway, such as Autoroute de l'Acier, and it is very easy to park. In contrast, the public transit service in sector J is not very frequent. Nonetheless, homeowners have access to a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most houses. This part of Brossard is not very bicycling-friendly because the cycling infrastructure is fairly poor. Nevertheless, there are a limited number of slopes to challenge cyclists, and biking is better in certain pockets than others.
