Transportation

The preferred way to navigate Commerce Valley is very often a car. The city block layout is reasonably amenable to cars, and it is very easy to park. Owing to many nearby rapid transit stations on the purple | VIVA PURPLE, and a few nearby bus lines, commuting by public transit is also easy in Commerce Valley. The bike is a rather poor method of transportation in Commerce Valley as bicycle riders encounter a considerable amount of hills, and the cycling infrastructure is not very comprehensive. Walking is also not very popular in this part of the city, although running day-to-day errands is easy.

Both general and specialty grocery stores are ordinarily accessible within a rather short walk from most properties for sale in Commerce Valley. The homes in this neighbourhood are very modern, because most of its dwellings were constructed following the year 2000, while the majority of the remaining buildings were built in the 1990s. The large percentage of large apartment buildings in the housing stock of this area is an important part of its character.
