Transportation

The best mode of transportation in Catchet is usually driving. Nearby highways, such as Highway 404, are easy to reach from anywhere in this neighbourhood, and it is convenient to park. However, getting around by transit can be difficult in Catchet as a result of the infrequent service. Nonetheless, residents are served by about 10 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most houses. Catchet is not especially suited for cycling because there are a limited number of bike lanes, and there are a good number of hills. It is also occasionally difficult for people travelling on foot to navigate this area as many daily needs are at times challenging to carry out by walking.

Residents have the choice between public and private schools at both the primary and high school level. With respect to eating, a vehicle is usually needed in Catchet to reach the nearest grocery store. This area is primarily composed of three bedroom and four or more bedroom homes. Roughly 85% of the population of this neighbourhood own their home while renters make up the remainder. Around half of properties in this part of the city were built in the 1990s, while the majority of the remaining buildings were constructed in the 2000s.
