Transportation

Commuting by car is very convenient in Beaver Creek Business Park. It is a short drive to the nearest highway, such as Highway 404, from any location in this part of the town, and it is very easy to park. However, the public transit service in this part of the town is not especially frequent. Nevertheless, rapid transit stations, including Hwy 7 / Leslie, Hwy 7 / East Beaver Creek and Hwy 7 / West Beaver Creek with access to the Viva Purple, are typically a short walk away from the bulk of homes in the neighbourhood. Property owners have access to a few bus lines, and bus stops are generally nearby. Even though some bike-friendly pockets exist, this part of the town is not very amenable to cycling since there are a good number of hills, and Beaver Creek Business Park has a somewhat poor cycling infrastructure. There also aren't many pedestrians out on the streets of this neighbourhood, even though many common errands can be run without needing to use a vehicle, and plenty of businesses are quite nearby.

Services

It is convenient to reach the closest grocery store by walking in this part of Richmond Hill. A limited variety of restaurants and cafes can be found as well. When it comes to education, it is a reasonably short walk to access schools and daycares from any location in Beaver Creek Business Park.

Character

Beaver Creek Business Park offers a great variety of green spaces to enjoy. Public green spaces are especially well-spread out and there are a few of them nearby for residents to visit, resulting in them being easy to access from most locations in this neighbourhood. It is relatively quiet in this part of Richmond Hill, since there are very few people out and about on the streets.

In this neighbourhood, most dwellings are large apartment buildings, whereas the remainder are mainly single detached homes.
