The neighbourhood of Commerce Valley is part of the city of Markham, Ontario, which is situated in the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area.

Transportation

Driving is also a great means of transportation in this part of Markham. The street layout is appropriate for driving, and the majority of real estate listings are a short car ride from the closest highway, such as Highway 407.
