Transportation

Birch Cliff allows homeowners to move around using different modes of transportation. The public transit system in Birch Cliff is good. Homeowners have access to a few bus lines, and bus stops are ordinarily nearby. Walking is also quite practical for house buyers in Birch Cliff; many daily errands can be run without having to resort to a car. It is easy to commute by bicycle in this neighbourhood.

Services

It is a rather short walk to reach daycares and schools from most properties for sale in this area. As far as eating is concerned, getting to the nearest grocery store on foot is possible for some, but not all, house buyers in this part of Toronto. A limited variety of restaurants and coffee shops can be found as well.

Character

The character of Birch Cliff is exemplified by its relaxed environment. This area is quiet overall, as there are usually low levels of noise from traffic - although that is not the case closer to the railway line. Lastly, there is a good amount of greenery in this neighbourhood; there are around 20 public green spaces nearby for residents to discover, including Trca Lands and Lakefront Open Lands, and they are very well-situated, which makes it very easy to get to them.
