Transportation

This neighbourhood does not require driving as various other means of transportation are at the disposal of property owners. The transit in Crescent Town is very good. In particular, rapid transit stations, such as Main Street Station - Westbound Platform and Victoria Park Station - Westbound Platform on the Line 2 (Bloor - Danforth), are typically around the corner from the bulk of houses in the neighbourhood. There are around 10 bus lines, and it is especially convenient to find a nearby bus stop from most properties. People who appreciate living in a walkable area will also enjoy the rather pedestrian-friendly character of Crescent Town; many daily needs can be met without a car, and a good number of businesses of different types can be found as well. Crescent Town is very amenable to biking as this neighbourhood has reasonably good cycling infrastructure.

Services

In Crescent Town, families will almost always be able to reach daycares and schools without needing a vehicle. At the elementary level, both public and private schools can be found.
