Shuniah is a neighbourhood within Thunder Bay, Ontario, which is situated in the Greater Thunder Bay metropolitan area.

Transportation

Cars are a reasonably good means of transportation in Shuniah. It is easy to access a parking spot. However, commuting by public transit is difficult in this part of the city. Nevertheless, residents are served by a few bus lines, and most properties are very close to a bus stop. Shuniah is amenable to cycling. Many of the houses for sale in this part of Thunder Bay are located in areas that are not especially suitable for those who travel by foot because most daily needs are occasionally challenging to carry out by walking.

Services

House buyers in Shuniah usually have to turn to a car to do grocery shopping. A limited number of restaurants are available in this area as well. As far as education is concerned, it is a short walk to get to primary schools from any location in this neighbourhood. However, it can be difficult to reach high schools on foot.
