Part of the Greater Thunder Bay metropolitan area, Grandview is a neighbourhood within Thunder Bay, Ontario.

Transportation

Driving is an excellent mode of transportation in this part of the city. It is especially convenient to find a parking spot, and it is a short car ride to the nearest highway from any home in this area. However, Grandview is not very transit friendly. Nevertheless, property owners benefit from a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most residences. Walking is not very common in Grandview, even though running daily errands is convenient.

Services

It is usually practical for house buyers in Grandview to shop for their groceries by walking. There are also a few restaurants in this area. Concerning education, in Grandview, parents and their schoolchildren will usually be able to reach daycares and schools by walking.
