Transportation

The car is very often the best transportation option in Dartmouth. On the other hand, residents using public transit may experience limited choices in this area due to the low service level. Thankfully, there are approximately 30 bus lines traversing the community, and the closest bus stop is generally just around the corner. It is at times challenging for people walking to move around in Dartmouth because few common errands can be run without having to resort to a vehicle.

Services

Primary schools and daycares are easy to get to on foot from anywhere in Dartmouth. In contrast, it can be difficult to access high schools as a pedestrian. With regards to eating, accessing one of about 30 supermarkets on foot is possible for some, but not all, property owners in this community.
