Transportation

The best mode of transportation in Loch Lomond is usually driving. It is especially convenient to park. On the other hand, commuting by public transit is very hard in this part of Saint John. Nonetheless, homeowners benefit from a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most properties. The bike is a fairly poor mode of transportation in Loch Lomond as the bicycling network is not very well-developed, and cyclists are faced with quite a few slopes. Most homes for sale in this part of Saint John are located in places that are also not very convenient for walking as almost no daily needs can be met on foot.

Services

There are only a very small number of primary schools in this neighbourhood and accordingly they can be a very long walk away. In addition, Loch Lomond does not have any high schools.
