Transportation

Cars are an excellent transportation option in Latimer Lake. Parking is generally easy. However, the public transit system in Latimer Lake is quite bad. Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines. It is very impractical for people travelling on foot to navigate Latimer Lake as almost no common errands can be run without the use of a vehicle.

Services

Latimer Lake does not contain any high schools or primary schools. Furthermore, families may find it very difficult to reach daycares on foot. With respect to food, in all cases, a car is required to do groceries.

Character

Latimer Lake is reasonably quiet, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour - although that is not the case near the airport (YSJ). Parks aren't well-distributed, which makes them very difficult to reach.
