Martin Kuwawi was an incredible help in helping me find a condo to lease that I was happy with. He was very patient and honest with his recommendations, and an excellent communicator. I would definitely retain his services again if I am in need of a realtor.

My wife and I first met Martin at our church as an accomplished musician. We enjoyed his music so much we hired him for our wedding. It was only after that we discovered he was also a realtor. We decided to try him out for one of our home projects. We dealt with a lot of realtors in the past but never found one that completely understood our living style and investment profile needs. We found Martin to be extremely patient, highly knowledgeable and most of all personable to our overall needs. Every initiative we used him for, he always did the homework. He did deep dives on the properties and vetted all individuals that were apart of every endeavor. We have used Martin ever since. He has definitely earned to be a part of our business family!
