Kris Buzmion was our agent for the purchase of our home. She is very experienced in her field and had answers to all of our questions, and if she didn't know the answer she used her resources and found out the answer and got back to us usually within the hour or same day, which made our buying experience go smoothly. Her expertise in the little details of the paperwork was amazing. She checked and double checked everything to make sure that the transaction went exactly as it should. She was very patient and answered all my questions regarding the signing of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale when I wasn't quite sure what something meant. Communication, which, in my opinion, is the most important aspect of the buying and selling experience, really was 5 star with Kris.
