My experience was good I would use them again

To whomever it may concern, Jelila, though she may not know it, took part in (essentially) saving my life - this is what it feels like to me. I never told Jelila my true circumstances upon meeting and working with her. To speak on Jelila's behalf, I must say to you that she came to me as a gift, perhaps from the universe. Not only was she extremely accommodating, polite, hard-working and kind - she was persistent. I don't recall how long we had been looking, or how many places we saw together, but Jelila is a trooper. She truly is an excellent human being. Working with her was like receiving support from a friend (in a dangerous time) and I can never repay her properly. I invite the organization to please arrange something for her internally, on my behalf. I do plan to send Jelila a gift, and hope to find something in Spain - however it is imperative you recognize Jelila. To keep it brief, I did not fully disclose to Jelila my circumstances. She knew that I had some concerns about privacy, because I requested her to not disclose my new address to the agent who referred her to me. She of course respected this and had no intent to share these details. Over the past few years I have been undergoing quite the process - I escaped a domestically abusive partner, and sought another apartment. I lived at that residence for 3 years, where I was **suspected to have been** gang-stalked, hacked, monitored, bugged, stolen from, threatened, and possibly attempts at my life. My story is a strange one with many intricate conspiracies. Regardless of outside perspective, I was in a dangerous place for a long time, and Jelila swooped in and rescued me. Again, she does not know the details. I don't recall ever explaining to her just how dire it was that I had left the apartment that I was in at that time, and Jelila never gave up. Not only that, her spirits were a constant. Being around her, I felt SAFE. She even checked all appliances worked upon receiving the keys to my new basement unit. She did amazing and left no stone un-turned. Being around her and speaking with her made me feel like I had just returned from prison into the real world, with someone genuinely wanting to help me; I can appreciate that, because I know there is not much profit to be earned with rental units in the realty realm, however she worked her hardest all the same. I do plan on gifting her some how, as she did for me - (a candle with my preferred scent - jasmine), a card and gift card. She did not have to do that, and she did. I walked away from working with Jelila with a very full heart, and a mother who literally cried and said "sometimes the universe will give you the right people to help you". My mother was staying with me at the time, for a few weeks, due to safety concerns. I now try to keep my current address as confidential as possible. Please see this testimonial as an exception to your regular feedback. I hope Jelila is celebrated for her hard and heroic efforts. If I could characterize her, she'd embody the spirit of the stork, a bird known for carrying babies to their homes, and to safety. She saved me, that's not an every-day-feat. To conclude this lengthy and possibly scattered testimonial, I highly recommend Jelila to anyone and everyone. She's a diamond in the rough. She came to me exactly as I needed her, and I hope I was able to provide her with the same team effort. ***Please, please, please recognize her for this. I would even suggest making an announcement, so that she can share this success with her colleagues, and so her colleagues have the chance to appreciate what a wonderful team member they have. If I were Jelila's reporting Manager, I think this would be great incentive to give her a raise/promotion. Whatever Jelila wants, in terms of what her career plans are moving forward and upwards, I believe that she deserves it.
