The woman who recommended Kathy Amess to me blew me away with how pleased she was with her service. I was happy to find out that she wasn't exaggerating! As first time homebuyers, we were very nervous about the whole experience. So many new words and numbers flew right over our heads at first, but Kathy was able to explain everything so clearly and in a way that made sense to us.
