When my work transfer allowed us to move out of town, I was referred to Matt by our mortgage lender. He immediately came over to have a quick viewing of the home and quizzed us on what our needs were. When I said that while we wanted a quick sale, but we didn’t want to leave a bunch on the table either. Matt gave us a list of things that he suggested we do to make our home sale ready and before we were able to complete them he had already come back with his market research for our home. We picked a number on the upper end of the bracket since the market was quite heated. Within a couple of days the house was on the market and 32 hours after that we had an approved sales agreement in place! Matt has been great to work with through this entire process, and everything he asked us to do only helped in completing the sale in a timely fashion for a price I was very happy with.
