5 0ut of stars i didn't know that there was super nice people like Tim Link around any more. I really got lucky with Tim doing so much work for me this was a bad timing thing with so much to do. Tim made it happen and now i can move back home with a smile on my face all because of Tim and his team. BIG THANK YOU!!!!

Tim was great to deal with, always has good advice and a large dose of common sense!

We were referred to Tim, and from our very first meeting, he was already educating us on how to spot potential issues in a home. It felt less like a tour and more like a crash course in “House Hunting 101” — and we loved it! Tim is always armed with his trusty FLASHLIGHT which he wields like a seasoned inspector... though it occasionally takes a moment (or a few taps) to turn on. 😄 I would wholeheartedly recommend Tim to my family and friends — he’s not only incredibly knowledgeable, but truly the BEST realtor around!
