We are buying from out of Province which can make things challenging, especially when you can't physically be there to tour homes. Grant Kelba made it work going out of his way to live stream walk throughs, answer questions, and follow-up on open questions. More importantly, he was very proactive with identifying opportunities as well as area to watch out for. He stayed in constant contact with us and stayed focused on our requirements :).
