Stephanie always answers promptly to calls/emails and is overall vey organized. She will also take her time and show you around the area you are looking at buying into. Stephanie Roy was outstanding, as a military spouse she was aware of our benefits and entitlements. She even had suggestions ready for lawyers, home inspectors etc. Our families road trip to our new home took an unexpected delay and Stephanie went out of her way to perform the initial walk through and accept the keys on our behalf.
