Lisa was just wonderful to work with. She helped us get top price for our townhouse which helped us get into our new home. She was so flexible working with our schedules and was very knowledgeable about all the various neighbourhoods we visited. She kept us on track when our ideas might be too grand for a property (we had limited experience and not all basements are suitable for suites unless you’re planning to rent to tenants under 5’ tall). Market was a sellers market and we had to look at a lot of places but she encouraged us to not give up and when we found OUR place, she did everything she could to help us secure it - and we love it here. 10/10 would recommend Lisa if you need an awesome realtor.
