When I recently considered selling my condo, I knew the market was saturated and very competative. I spoke with Dan about whether this was the right time to sell. When we were looking to build a house for our growing family, we didn't know where to start. We did the usual showhome circuit and found that all of the homes were attractive. The one noticeable difference that kept us coming back to one builder was Dan. From our first visit, to our last change order, and even after possession of our new home, Dan was a consistant voice that provided guidance and sounds advice. 

A great ambassador of our city! Dan went above and beyond with Simon and Shannon's house. He caught a huge ISC / estate snag early that would have destroyed a deal if it showed up during closing. Also, didn't allow me to panic, price reduce and take the fast sale for him when both my Mom and I were at the "just dump and move on" stage. And was great dealing with some unexpected things that showed up in the home inspection right until the final hour. We knew the unique home / lot would present some challenges and I'm glad I went with someone who has in depth specific knowledge about YQR real estate to make sure my Mom got what she wanted out of the house without having to lift many fingers!
