The moment we met Anne, we knew we were in good hands. It felt like we were house hunting with a knowledgeable friend. Anne was very responsive and available through the whole process. This was important to us. As we were not living in the area she was our eyes and ears on seeing properties that we could potentially be interested in. We felt we were in such capable hands that given such a stressful situation as purchasing a home we certainly knew she was alleviating a lot of that stress Early in our search there was an agent that filled in for Anne and she was excellent as well. We did feel like there was a team that was working for us. In addition to the excellent support we had with Anne she also is very connected to other persons/professions that we needed in the purchase. From mortgage broker, home inspector, lawyers she also has a team of support persons that worked very hard to close our deal. Again we felt like everybody was working so hard for us. We have made over half a dozen real estate deals over the years and this by far was the smoothest and least stressful. (It also had some very tense events but we felt that everybody had our backs and that there would be a positive outcome which of course there was).
