I was a first-time homebuyer during the crazy boom and eventual leveling out over the pandemic and beyond. I purchased my house my own with a single income, so my options were very limited as my budget was so modest and the market was so crazy. That did not matter to Amy. We are a military family who had one week to make all of our decisions regarding the purchase of a new home/build.
