From the moment we met Gurdeep Gurm on April 10th, we knew we were going to be in good hands. He had been referred to us by our good friend Debbie A. who's home he had just sold in Brampton the previous month. With 2 of the 3 of us residing in California Gurdeep knew our knowledge of Ontario real estate was limited and he thoroughly explained the process from start to finish and different options we had for listing the home and recommendations for the listing type and listing price. Because 2 of us were only going to be here for one month before returning to California Gurdeep knew the importance of quickly putting all necessary steps in place. He had the staging company and the cleaning company out on Fri. the 19th and our first Open House was Sat. 4/20 and Sun. 4/21. The online listing and the open houses garnered significant interest in the home and the offers started coming in on Monday 4/22. I first met Gurdeep in early summer when he introduced himself while looking for new clients. From that very first introduction and conversation I knew he was the right agent to help us sell our home. He listened carefully to our plans and intentions for listing our home later in the summer, and he spent time explaining the current market conditions while highlighting his experience and successes with properties like ours in our neighbourhood. Gurdeep followed up a number of times throughout the summer months as we worked through the process to ready our home for listing. First of all, let me tell that Gurdeep called few years ago, like cold call, when i was not thinking of selling my home at this time around. He gave me some details about market and since that day he was sending me news letters about GTA housing market.
