Our most recent purchase and subsequent rental which was facilitated by Tricia was an investment property, so we did not actually move. Tricia was phenomenal throughout the process, purchase and closing was quick and seamless and a year and a half later so was the process of getting our newly transformed duplex tenanted. I wandered into the Century 21 office after dropping my granddaughter off at school and said,” My Son needs a home in THIS area”. The receptionist asked Tricia if she’d accept a walk-in. Instead of treating me like an old Granny , Tricia listened to my story,contacted my Son and after looking at more than ten houses she found the perfect home for us. The thing is we had a 650,000.00 budget (which obviously had to be adjusted) yet she treated us as if we had a 5 billion dollar budget! To tell you the truth we felt like she truly cared about our lives as we were in the midst of a bit of a crises and we jokingly called her our new BFF. I cannot recommend Tricia highly enough!
