Nathan was an absolute pleasure to have as my Agent handling both the sale of my property and purchase of my new property. His style is that the client aka me (almost) never has to lift a finger and through his network of contacts and his experience as an Agent, he was able to maximize the sale price of my condo (in a down market!) and get the best price possible for my new property. Throughout the entire process, Nathan guided me the entire way from advising me on local neighbourhood market conditions, to getting my condo ready for sale and advising step-by-step the action items I needed to take care of, at the same time planting seeds to begin pre-negotiating expectations on a price for the condo I intended to purchase. Once my condo was deep cleaned, fully staged and marketed with professional photos, videos and social media and was ready to list, Nathan advised the strategy on the sale to maximize interest and viewing traffic in order to secure a potential buyer. He was very transparent with me that in a down market, if I didn’t sell in 30 days, I was not likely to sell at all. However, that did not matter as we were able to secure a sale within 4 days of listing. As I mentioned originally, Nathan’s superior negotiating skills secured a maximum sale price to my property and best purchase price to the property I bought. TL;DR - 10/10. Would use Nathan again and refer him to anyone looking to purchase, sell or rent a property.
