Andrea was excellent. Calm, professional and knowledgeable. Even when she had to deal with the completely unprofessional listing agent for the property we eventually purchased, she stayed calm and worked hard to move things forward. This was a purchase of a duplex by my wife and I and our son. He will live in one unit and the other will be rented. Andrea made the suggestion that we obtain a certificate from the Fire Department that the extensive renovations on the property meet all fire codes. The owners were somewhat reluctant to provide this, but Andrea pushed the issue and we received the compliance letter.
My wife and I have made 10 real estate transactions in our lifetime and we have never had better representation than we received from Andrea.
