We were new to Whitecourt and saw Melinda’s listings. We started the process of looking for an acreage with her. She had invaluable knowledge about the areas we were looking into as far as expected water tables, drainage and ground conditions in the areas we were interested in. When we had questions about building code or legality of property lines etc she found all the answers she didn’t have previous knowledge about.
